Our Special Edition is back again this year! Following the beautiful event last August, we are delighted to invite you to two exclusive dates for our SUP Board Yoga. Together with an experienced yoga instructor, a 60-minute gentle yoga session awaits you on the water. Afterwards, you’ll have another hour to use the SUP board freely, paddle relaxedly across the lake, and enjoy nature. The session will be held in English, with German translation available if needed.

* Basics of SUP paddling * Balance and core stability * Gentle yoga exercises on the water * Breathing and relaxation techniques * Paddling safely with more confidence

Was ist inklusive:

* 1 hour of guided SUP Yoga * 1 hour of free paddling * Professional guidance by a certified yoga instructor * No prior experience required * A special experience in a relaxed atmosphere
